Custom Email Marketing Campaign for Real Estate (Basic, Various Concepts)
Create a high-quality email marketing campaign for real estate in MailChimp or other similar HTML email marketing software at the real estate agent’s direction. Includes images, copy, and more.
- Basic versus Complex pricing depends on project scope.
Price Includes:
- Up to three edits.
- If applicable, this services includes up to two stock photos for use ONLY in marketing created by Agent Operations. Client must purchase stock photo rights individually if they plan to use those stock photos outside of Agent Operations marketing services.
Can Be Added for a Fee:
- Set up MailChimp or other email marketing software for $50. This includes completing basic information and uploading pre-formatted CSV file of Sphere of Influence database.
- Organize, format, and/or export Sphere of Influence database for $45 per hour.
- Migrate and/or duplicate campaign in another email marketing software for $45 per hour.
- Recreate campaign into a printable flyer for $65.
