Alli Kandray began her real estate career in 2015 and obtained her real estate license in 2020. She loves being able to provide back-end help to real estate agents and focus on the things most agents hate: social media and marketing. She has a strong eye for detail and strives to make sure every marketing piece is just right. Alli loves all things Disney, Harry Potter, and musicals – she’s basically a kid at heart. Alli currently resides in Ohio with her husband, Dan, adorable daughter, Harper, and their yorkie-bichon, Ruby. Go Browns!

With more than 20 years in the construction industry, Trina Hawley brings a wealth of knowledge to the Leadership Team and her role as Editor-in-Chief. Her experience as an entrepreneur and deep understanding of administrative functions means that she is able to assist with continual internal improvements, communication, and training. With a degree in Psychology, she loves learning about people and discovering what makes them tick. A Dog Mom to two beagles, Lucy and Tucker, and wife to Anthony, Trina values family above all. Lora Tucker Kaasch
A marketing geek at heart, Lora Tucker Kaasch‘s passion is to help others tell their stories. Launching into the real estate industry in 2004 with 11+ years of real estate sales experience in two states, she and her Team “live and breathe” strategic real estate marketing. Lora’s consultative approach includes learning about the business of each client in order to build brands authentically. Lora also runs Loves Dogs, a nonprofit dog rescue, and she’s head over heels for her own rescue pups Julia, LeeLoo, Zoë, Jaxon, and Luka.
