Testimonials should show what the buyer or seller client was struggling with and what their life looks like now after overcoming difficulty. You, as the agent, were their guide, helping them to navigate rough waters to ultimate success.
Make sure to request and collect testimonials intentionally, with the purpose of demonstrating how you help your customers. When your clients are the heroes of their stories, others will want you to be their guide as well.
