Trunk or Treat
Kids love Halloween and getting dressed up! Provide a safe space for them to show off their costumes and get candy with a Trunk or Treat event! This is an easy and relatively inexpensive event because all you would need to do is have your employees decorate their cars and have families come to your office, and the kids can go car to car and get their treats! It allows you to be creative and add in different aspects if you want to, but if not, it’s still a great event that gets you some face time with clients.
Pumpkin Patch
Who doesn’t think of fall without thinking about pumpkin patches and corn mazes? Pumpkin patches are an excellent option for a fall client event because they’re family-friendly and usually have many activities to participate in. Set up a photo booth so families can get some nice photos at the event or have a competition for who can find the biggest pumpkin or get through the corn maze the fastest for a branded prize!
Winery
While wineries are more limited since parents need to find someone to watch their kids for a few days, they’re still a great option! Depending on your state, we’re sure there are plenty of wineries to choose from where guests can sip delicious wine and enjoy the beautiful fall scenery. This would also most likely be a more intimate setting where you can chat it up with your clients and catch up.
Football Watch Party
Football and fall go hand in hand, so why not plan an event around them? If your local college or NFL team has a big game coming up, find a sports bar or restaurant you can rent out and watch the game on the big screen! You can provide drink tickets, food, and some games or activities for the kids to keep them entertained. If you want to take it one step further, you can partner with your local title company or lender and give out branded prizes!
